Description
Henderson County School District is seeking a contractor to upgrade the safety and security communications systems at nine schools: Early Learning Center, Cairo Elementary, Chandler Elementary, East Heights Elementary, South Heights Elementary, Ben Gate Elementary, Niagara Elementary, and North and South Middle Schools. The project includes installing a new IP telecommunication system, voice recording, programming, training, and integrating connectivity to existing intercom systems. It also involves a single zone for paging and class change tones, a Teleconnections Campus Console, centralized class change software, integration with the existing IP phone system, emergency messaging, and daytime message recording. The total project cost is estimated at $86,931.60.
