Description
The City of Henderson is soliciting competitive sealed bids for the purchase and delivery of information technology equipment for a fire station. The procurement includes televisions; security cameras; door-access equipment; network equipment; computers; monitors; and office equipment, including specified Roku televisions, Ubiquiti security, access-control, storage, switching, and wireless products, HP printers, ViewSonic monitors, and Dell desktop computers. Approved equivalent products may be proposed where permitted, provided they meet or exceed the stated specifications and are interoperable with the City's existing infrastructure. Addendum 1 confirms that delivery is to City Hall at 222 First Street, Henderson, Kentucky 42420, with lift-gate service required, and that there will be one delivery location. The corrected quantities are 12 ViewSonic monitors and 11 Dell desktop computers; vendors may bid on selected groups only if they bid on every item within the selected group. The addendum also confirms that no mounts or carts or extended warranties are required, the requested quantity for UA-Pocket credentials is 100 total credentials, and equivalent surveillance-class hard drives from reputable manufacturers may be proposed for the specified 8TB drives. All equipment must be new, unused, current-production equipment with standard accessories, applicable software, documentation, and manufacturer warranties.
