Description
The City of Madisonville is seeking a contractor for Phase 3 of the Mahr Park trail expansion. The work includes asphalt pavement trail installation; construction of three wooden boardwalks of varying lengths; construction of a 210-foot bridge with a lookout crossing a pond; construction of swales and storm systems; excavation; and reseeding. A five percent bid bond must accompany each proposal. The successful bidder must furnish a 100% performance and material payment bond. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the specified project marking and delivered by the bid deadline.
