Description
The City of Evansville is soliciting sealed bids for the 2026 Mill and Overlay – Phase IV project, Project No. 26-018. Construction and installation must comply with the contract drawings, technical specifications, and all addenda. Bidders must use the standard Indiana Form No. 96 Revised 2026, submit a properly signed and notarized Non-Collusion Affidavit, and include a corporate seal. Each bid must include either a bid bond or certified check payable to the City of Evansville in an amount equal to 5% of the total bid. The successful contractor must furnish a performance bond equal to 100% of the bid price. Bidders must also list all subcontractors and the percentage of work assigned to each. The contract documents require a non-refundable $10 deposit and are available from the City Engineer’s office.
