Description
The Regional Water Resource Agency is soliciting a contractor to remove storm connections to the sewer system at the Warwick Drive/Daviess and Warwick Drive/St. Ann intersections. Work includes street, inlet, catch basin, and curb removal; pipe safeloading and abandonment; excavation, regrading, concrete swale construction, dense-graded aggregate placement, asphalt base and surface replacement, traffic control, site restoration, erosion and sediment control, and related labor, materials, equipment, and incidental work. The bid is unit-price based and includes estimated quantities for mobilization, general conditions, demobilization, utility relocation and miscellaneous allowance, geotextile fabric, traffic control, street and curb work, inlet and catch basin removal or abandonment, 12-inch storm pipe safeloading, swale construction, aggregate, asphalt, and restoration. The successful contractor must substantially complete and fully complete the work within 30 calendar days after the contract times commence. A bid must include the required bid security and specified bidder qualifications, subcontractor information, certifications, proposed work schedule, and other bid-package documents.
