Description
The Regional Water Resource Agency is soliciting bids for the supply and delivery of ready-mixed concrete and related materials to its job sites. Requested items include concrete mixes ranging from 2,500 to 4,000 PSI, high-early-strength concrete, excavatable and structural flowable fill, flowable cementitious abandonment grout, grout additives, hot water, and calcium chloride. Approximate quantities are provided for each item, along with unit-price fees for environmental, small-load, winter-service, and other charges. Materials must comply with applicable Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and ASTM specifications, including requirements for strength, slump, mixing, delivery timing, testing, and disposal of excess material. The supplier must generally be able to deliver within 45–60 minutes after an order, provide delivery tickets, and furnish mix designs with pricing. Subcontractors are not allowed. The contract is for a 12-month period beginning October 1, 2026.
