The U.S. Government is seeking approximately 2,206 square feet of office and related space in Madison, Wisconsin, because the current lease is expiring. The government may consider alternate space if economically advantageous. The evaluation will consider whether proposed space meets the government’s requirements, janitorial services included in the lease, and costs associated with relocation, including physical moving expenses, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and nonproductive agency downtime.
