The U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quotation from a small business for the procurement and professional installation of five 5-foot-by-7-foot corner cubicle workstations and one 4-foot hoteling desk. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, electrical hardwiring, power and data raceways, and site cleanup. Each station requires two duplex electrical outlets and two RJ45 data ports; agency IT personnel will run and connect the data cables. The contractor must install the workstations in accordance with the Statement of Work, provide a licensed electrician for connections to existing electrical outlets, remove installation debris, and submit project completion documentation including a signed acceptance form. Quotations must include pricing for the complete requirement, a technical proposal addressing schedule and any exceptions, relevant recently completed similar projects with contactable references, and a valid electrical or contractor license applicable to the work location. The award is expected to be a single firm-fixed-price purchase order with one base period, and the work is subject to the Service Contract Act wage determination.
