Description
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation's Bureau of Aeronautics is seeking a contractor to procure and install Vehicle Movement Area Transponders (VMATs) at Dane County Regional Airport under BOA Project No. MSN1028. The solicitation permits zero and negative unit prices and labor. Addendum No. 1 removes the Buy American Preference federal requirement and related Buy American compliance provisions from the proposal documents, specifications, and special provisions. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of the addendum in the electronic bid form.
