Description
The State of Ohio is soliciting quotes for the entire bid package of horticultural plants, seeds, and potting mixes for its Horticulture Department. Listed items include named plant varieties, unpotted plants, and multiple specialized potting mixes. Pricing must include shipping charges, and the awarded quote will include delivery, setup, and warranty if applicable. The award will be based on the lowest quote for the entire bid and the bidder’s responsiveness and responsibility. Quoted pricing must remain firm for 60 days, with no adjustments permitted after a purchase order is generated and received.
