Description
The City of Hastings Downtown Development Authority is seeking qualified florists, landscaping companies, and creative professionals to design and install holiday greenery for the 2026–2027 holiday season. The work covers 12 rectangular planters measuring 15 by 58 feet and 58 round planters measuring 3 feet in diameter. All planting and placement materials must reflect a holiday or winter theme. Sealed proposals must be submitted by the stated deadline, with “Holiday Landscape” marked on the package. Questions are due before the stated questions deadline.
