Description
The Maryland Aviation Administration is soliciting a contractor to provide all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, materials, replacement plants, artificial plants, and expertise required for interior plantscape maintenance. The work covers live and artificial plants located in the terminal building at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, in accordance with the technical provisions, plant lists, and locations identified in the solicitation exhibits. The project is designated as a Small Business Preference project and has an estimated cost class of $100,000 to $500,000. A pre-bid meeting will be held virtually through Microsoft Teams, and bidders are asked to complete a pre-bid RSVP.
