Description
The City of Mont-Royal, Quebec is soliciting bids for the planting and maintenance of annual flowers and spring-flowering bulbs. The contract is expected to last 24 months. Bids must be submitted on the prescribed forms and placed in a sealed envelope with the identification provided in the solicitation documents. The solicitation documents can be obtained from the SEAO (Service électronique d'appels d'offres) starting August 13, 2026, either online at www.seao.ca or by phone. Bids will be opened publicly at the city hall immediately after the submission deadline. The City reserves the right to reject any bid.
