Description
The Minnesota Department of Administration is soliciting one prime contractor to perform in-situ chemical oxidation treatment of petroleum contamination. The scope includes permitting, drilling, furnishing treatment chemicals, handling and mixing the chemicals, injecting them into the subsurface, and restoring the site. The solicitation includes qualification requirements: the company or project manager must demonstrate qualifying in-situ chemical oxidation projects substantially completed since January 1, 2021, and the project manager or job superintendent must have at least five years of similar experience. The estimated project value is $318,000, and the estimated completion date is January 22, 2027. Required insurance provisions and additional qualification requirements are incorporated into the solicitation documents.
