Description
Dakota County is seeking a contractor to provide bulk water-softener salt and as-needed pneumatic delivery services to nine county facilities. The quotation must provide annual pricing for salt by the pound, fuel surcharge, and delivery service for October 2026 through September 2029. The contractor must be registered with the Minnesota Secretary of State and authorized to do business in Minnesota. Work at county facilities is subject to access, background-check, identification-badge, security, and insurance requirements. A Certificate of Insurance is required before work begins, and the solicitation specifies commercial general liability, automobile liability, workers’ compensation, professional liability, and network security and privacy liability coverage requirements.
