Description
Dakota County is seeking an as-needed contractor to provide labor, materials, equipment, and services for mobile partition walls at all County facilities. Work may include service in secured environments, including a county jail and juvenile facility, and may require written quotes and County approval before work begins. Responders must provide hourly service rates, material markup, trip charges, and applicable regular, overtime, holiday, and Sunday rates for the two contract years. The contract term is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2028. Contractors must be registered and in good standing with the Minnesota Secretary of State. Work may require background checks, access badges, and additional screening for personnel working in areas containing Criminal Justice Information. A Certificate of Insurance is required before work begins, including commercial general liability, business automobile liability, workers' compensation, professional liability, and network security and privacy liability coverage as specified in the solicitation.
