Description
Dakota County, Minnesota is soliciting proposals for a cloud-based Jail Management System (JMS) hosted in a FedRAMP-authorized environment. The system will manage inmate management, warrant processing, civil processing, and squad car mobile functionality. The selected contractor will be responsible for implementation, integration with county and third-party systems, training, and ongoing support. The system must meet CJIS security requirements, provide 24/7 availability, and include features such as configurable workflows, dashboards, electronic forms, reporting, and integration with various external systems including BCA, LiveScan, OnBase, and TurnKey. The contract is anticipated to be 3-5 years, with a target implementation by December 31, 2029.
