Description
Olmsted County is soliciting a contractor to replace the original controls for a paralleling main switchboard. The replacement controls must remain functionally similar to the existing control scheme while integrating with a human-machine interface and existing generator controls to simplify operation and improve reliability and safety through automatic controls. The solicitation requires an electronically submitted bid, including acknowledgment of specifications, proposed work schedule, applicable questions and addenda, debarment status, contract terms, responsible-contractor compliance, shipping costs, sales tax, subcontractors, bid withdrawal terms, pricing, and supplier information. A bid bond must be uploaded with the response. The solicitation also includes payment and performance bond requirements, insurance requirements, contractor withholding forms, and a payment/performance bond form.
