Description
Olmsted County is soliciting a contractor to replace programmable logic controllers (PLCs) at its Adult Detention Center. The solicitation identifies a base work item and requires bidders to acknowledge the specifications, proposed work schedule, questions and addenda, applicable terms and conditions, state debarment status, responsible-contractor compliance, inclusion of FOB Destination shipping costs, and sales tax on construction materials and equipment. Bidders must also identify first-tier subcontractors. The solicitation requires a bid bond and a Minnesota technology license in accordance with Minnesota standards.
