Description
Olmsted County Environmental Resources is seeking an enterprise solid waste scale house and data management system to replace its existing scale software. The selected solution will manage scale transactions, customer accounts, billing, reporting, waste and recycling data, payment processing, regulatory reporting, and operational analytics. The scope includes software purchase, implementation, training, and ongoing support. The County expects a fully integrated platform that improves operational efficiency, financial management, customer service, reporting, data analytics, accessibility, and future growth across its solid waste operations. Responses to items 8.1 through 8.10 are limited to 10 numbered pages, excluding the transmittal letter, table of contents, and title pages; resumes and up to five recent, relevant project summaries may be included in an appendix outside the page limit.
