Description
Olmsted County is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a modern, secure, highly integrated point-of-sale and cashiering system serving diverse departmental operations and replacing the County’s legacy cashiering solution. The requested solution includes API information and must address digital accessibility requirements, including WCAG 2.1 Level AA or the most current level authorized under applicable federal requirements. Respondents must submit a Technical Proposal, Cost Proposal, Vendor Matrix Spreadsheet, and VPAT Form through the electronic bidding service. The response also requires electronic bid attributes covering specifications, proposed work schedule, questions, addenda, Minnesota debarment status, terms and conditions, trade-secret information, digital accessibility compliance, and supplier information.
