Description
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is soliciting bids for labor, equipment, tools, transportation, mobilization, demobilization, fuel, lubricants, final cleanup, and all other incidentals required to load, haul, and spread an estimated 5,000 cubic yards of state-provided gravel on Indian Pines State Forest Road within Pine Island State Forest. The unit bid price must include all costs necessary to complete the project, including labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales and use taxes, and other incidentals. The State may award by item, group, or total to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and solicitation terms. Responses must be submitted electronically through the Swift Portal; email and fax responses are not accepted. Bidders must respond to the latest event version, enter a unit bid price per cubic yard, and review all event attachments. A site visit is available by contacting the project supervisor.
