Description
Alma Area School District is requesting proposals for Category 2 internal-connections equipment and related services. The turnkey solution includes one SonicWall or equivalent firewall service suite, 44 Meraki or equivalent wireless access points, and two Aruba or equivalent switches, with the necessary software, licenses, installation, and initial configuration. The requested equipment must be reviewed against the RFP for exact specifications, quantities, and eligible costs. The asset register identifies existing network equipment, including Cisco and Ubiquiti wireless access points and switches, a Fortinet security appliance, and a CIPA filter. Bids must follow applicable state and local procurement requirements, and the selected offering must be cost-effective with price as the primary factor. The procurement is subject to E-Rate funding and related program requirements.
