Description
The City of Laurel is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from a professional firm to provide grant preparation and grant administration services for a Mississippi Home Corporation HOME-Homeowner Rehabilitation Program grant. The selected firm must demonstrate the ability to implement the rules and responsibilities associated with the program. Submissions must address the qualifications of assigned staff, the firm's relevant experience and project types, capacity to perform the work, and familiarity with HOME-funded projects. Evaluation will be based on qualifications, experience, consultant capacity, and HOME project familiarity.
