Description
The University of Southern Mississippi is soliciting bids for Cisco Smartnet maintenance and related support covering a broad inventory of Cisco switches, routers, wireless equipment, firewalls, identity and security systems, servers, telephony equipment, and associated software subscriptions. The requested service levels include offerings such as 8x5 next-business-day support, 24x7x4 support, software support, and subscription licensing, as identified in Appendix A. The agreement is requested for a three-year term with the possibility of two one-year renewals. Bidders must respond to every requirement in Appendix A, submit the completed Excel spreadsheet in the same order with requirement identifiers, provide descriptive literature and manufacturer warranty information, and include the required bid coversheet and proposal materials. The university may consider customer references, oral presentations, and overall best value in its evaluation.
