Description
The University of Southern Mississippi Physical Plant Division is soliciting sealed bids for the complete Hillcrest Chiller Plant Upgrade. The selected contractor will furnish all labor, materials, and equipment required by the project drawings and specifications prepared by Engineering Resource Group, Inc. A single contract will be awarded for the complete project. Bids must be submitted in duplicate on the blank bid forms provided with the project manual and accompanied by bid security equal to at least 5% of the base bid, in the form of a certified check or acceptable bid bond. Performance and payment bonds will also be required from the awarded contractor. Electronic bid submission is available through the State of Mississippi procurement portal. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for October 6, 2026, and attendance is encouraged but not stated as mandatory.
