Description
The Jones County Board of Supervisors is soliciting sealed proposals for CDBG-funded Americans with Disabilities Act improvements at the Laurel Courthouse. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment in accordance with the project plans, specifications, and contract documents prepared by Chas. N. Clark Associates, Ltd. The project is subject to HUD Section 3 requirements, Davis-Bacon prevailing-wage requirements, and the Build America, Buy America Act. Minority- and women-owned businesses are solicited, and bidders must provide bid security equal to at least 5% of the base bid in the form of a certified check or acceptable bid bond. The successful bidder must provide the required performance bond.
