Description
The University of Southern Mississippi is seeking a cloud-hosted solution supporting educator preparation programs from application and admission through candidate progression, field and clinical experiences, assessment, program completion, licensure tracking, and accreditation reporting. Required capabilities include configurable workflows, electronic portfolios, assessment rubrics, reporting and analytics, placement management, standards alignment, data export, mobile access, accessibility, role-based security, multifactor authentication, audit logging, disaster recovery, encryption, and compliance with applicable privacy and security requirements. The solution must integrate with the University's student information system, Canvas learning management system, authentication environment, and other institutional systems. The vendor must provide implementation, data migration, project management, configuration, testing, training, go-live, post-implementation support, troubleshooting, service-availability commitments, and a detailed implementation schedule. Vendors must respond to every requirement in the provided Excel requirements spreadsheet, include that spreadsheet in the response, provide detailed annualized pricing, and submit at least three customer references for implementations completed within the last 12 months. The requested agreement is four years with two possible one-year renewals.
