The City of Boulder City is requesting proposals from experienced respondents to prepare a focused Housing Needs Assessment and analysis. The work will assess current and future housing needs, identify viable options for meeting those needs, and provide direction for future policy decisions that facilitate housing options serving families and the middle class.
