Description
The Township of Hamilton is soliciting qualifications and proposals from individuals or firms to serve as a housing consultant. The selected respondent must demonstrate the professional, administrative, and financial capability to perform the required housing-consulting duties and must address the requested work, technical competence, management approach, personnel qualifications, relevant experience, professional certifications, availability, and compensation. The proposal must include a firm qualification statement, at least three similar-project references including at least two municipalities, key personnel credentials and responsibilities, servicing-office information, experience with comparable government engagements, conflict-of-interest and disciplinary-action disclosures, and a compensation proposal. The contract term is January 1 through December 31, 2027. A professional liability insurance acknowledgment is required with the proposal; certificates of insurance, affirmative-action certification, and New Jersey business registration documentation are required at contract execution rather than proposal submission.
