Description
The City of Poplarville is soliciting unpriced proposals to prequalify vendors capable of furnishing its law enforcement technology requirements. Vendors that meet the requirements in the bid package will be invited to participate in an online reverse auction on September 30, 2026, where pricing will be received only from approved bidders. The bid package must be downloaded through the designated procurement website to be included on the official plan holders list. Unpriced proposals must be submitted through the bid site by 2:00 p.m. on September 29, 2026. Minority- and women-owned business enterprises are solicited as prime bidders and encouraged to inquire about subcontracting opportunities and equipment, material, or supply needs.
