Description
Ellisville State School is soliciting a contractor to provide ongoing master electrician services for its main campus and adjoining employee housing. The scope includes overhead distribution, street lighting, electrical distribution equipment up to 1,200 amps, motor wiring, HVAC control systems for units up to 120 tons, sewage treatment equipment, telephone and phone systems, generators up to 400 kV, commercial laundry equipment, small equipment, fire alarm systems, 120-volt secondary systems, and electrical components of commercial refrigeration equipment. The contractor must also perform 811 locating duties and other related electrical services. The contractor must provide qualified labor, tools, vehicles, personal protective equipment, supervision, background checks or drug screening when required, licensing, and emergency availability. The solicitation requires at least five years of similar experience, three trade references with at least two reachable references meeting the required score, and submission of the specified bid forms and certifications. One contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, with an initial period expected to run from January 2027 through June 2027 and up to four successive one-year renewals.
