Description
The Municipal Housing Authority for the City of Yonkers is soliciting statements of qualifications and proposals from development firms interested in partnering on its Homeownership Development Initiative. The selected firm will serve as a co-development partner under a single-award contract with a five-year term. The RFQ will be available online beginning September 15, 2026. A virtual pre-submittal conference is scheduled for September 30, 2026. Prospective respondents may submit questions by email through October 7, 2026, at 3:00 PM Eastern time. Proposals are due by October 30, 2026, at 3:00 PM Eastern time. The Authority encourages participation by minority and small businesses and restricts procurement-related communications to the designated contact person.
