Description
Ellisville State School is soliciting sealed bids for ongoing master electrician services at its main campus and adjoining employee housing. The scope includes overhead distribution, street lighting, electrical distribution equipment up to 1,200 amps, motor wiring, control-system maintenance for HVAC systems up to 120 tons, sewage-treatment equipment, telephone wiring, generators up to 400 kV, commercial laundry equipment, commercial refrigeration electrical components, small-equipment repairs, 811 locating duties, and especially fire-alarm system maintenance and repair. The contractor must provide qualified personnel, supervision, vehicles, tools, materials, personal protective equipment, background checks or drug screening when requested, required licenses and certifications, emergency availability, and routine services during five days per week and eight hours per day, with additional after-hours, weekend, and holiday services as needed. Bidders must submit pricing, at least three trade references, certifications and assurances, public-record release documentation, and any applicable exception documentation. The contract is expected to run from approximately January 6 or 7, 2027, through June 30, 2027, with up to four successive one-year renewals.
