Description
Runnelstown Utility District is seeking a contractor to construct a waterline relocation project. The scope includes construction of a new waterline, bores, minor earthwork, and new services as described in the contract documents. A 5% bid bond or certified check is required. The successful bidder must provide a performance and payment bond, or equivalent security, in the full contract amount. Contracts exceeding $75,000 require applicable Mississippi contractor licensing and a certificate of responsibility. Minority- and women-owned business enterprises are solicited as prime contractors and encouraged to inquire about subcontracting opportunities, equipment, materials, and supplies.
