Description
BC Housing Management Commission is requesting proposals from a rental housing operator to provide operating and property management services for an affordable rental housing project in Victoria, British Columbia. The procurement materials identify assisted living services and property management services as relevant commodity categories and include an annual operating budget, property management experience form, architectural and environmental reports, geotechnical documentation, an energy model report, and BC Builds program and covenant documents. The response must be submitted electronically through BC Bid's online bid submission system. The attached package includes a submission form, relationship and conflict disclosure form, annual operating budget, and property management experience form, along with project-specific technical and supporting documents.
