Description
The U.S. Army is establishing a long-term Commercial Solutions Opening for innovative commercial technologies and services that enhance, secure, sustain, and modernize the global information technology environment supporting Army Intelligence operations. Open Areas of Interest include enterprise IT operations and service delivery; cybersecurity, Zero Trust, and defensive cyber operations; engineering, architecture, and modernization; application, software, and data services; infrastructure deployment and technical installations; logistics and asset lifecycle support; program and project management; mission-specific intelligence IT support; and strategic communications and visual information services. The process uses a dual-track structure. Vendors may submit unclassified solution briefs for continuously open Areas of Interest, while targeted Calls for Innovative Solutions will establish separate requirements, formats, and deadlines for closed Areas of Interest. Phase 1 solution briefs may be followed by an optional presentation or demonstration and then a request for a Commercial Solution Proposal. Solution briefs are limited to five single-sided pages excluding the cover page, or 15 slides, and must address the applicable Area of Interest, proposed solution, mission impact and feasibility, innovation and differentiation, and a high-level pricing model. Eligible vendors must possess a valid Top Secret facility clearance, certify access to Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information-eligible U.S. personnel, address foreign ownership, control, or influence, and provide an organizational conflict-of-interest statement.
