Description
The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to negotiate a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order with Aptean, Inc. for IRMS maintenance and support for fiscal year 2027. The notice is for a capability statement from vendors that believe they can meet the requirement; it is not a request for competitive quotations, and no RFQ is available. The acquisition will use FAR Part 12 simplified acquisition procedures and is classified under NAICS 513210, Software Publishers. Capability statements must be submitted electronically to the designated point of contact by September 25, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern time. The Government may decide not to compete the requirement based on the responses received.
