Description
The Office of the Child and Youth Advocate is seeking a contractor to develop and implement a modern, secure replacement for its aging Legal Appointments and Payment System and Lawyer Self-Serve portal. The solution must support internal management of child information, lawyer rosters, appointments, lawyer payments, lawyer training, statistical analysis, and financial reporting, while enabling appointed lawyers and their staff to access appointment, invoicing, and training information and submit related data. The project is intended to streamline workflows and financial processing, introduce workflow automation, improve information sharing and counsel engagement, and support evolving reporting and program needs. The opportunity is classified under software development and software maintenance and support, with an estimated 23-month contract period.
