Description
Retraite Québec is seeking an information technology service provider to perform organic architecture work related to the development and maintenance of application systems. The services will support the evolution and modernization of those systems. The procurement is an open competitive request for proposal using an adjusted lowest price based on quality-price evaluation. The estimated contract period is 36 months. Electronic submissions, if accepted, must be transmitted through the electronic tendering system (SEAO).
