Description
Riverside Transit Agency seeks a contractor to provide pressure washing and solar panel cleaning services at the Corona Transit Center, Vine Street Mobility Hub, Riverside Facility, and Hemet Facility. The scope includes pressure washing the Corona pedestrian bridge, stairways, and platforms; cleaning windows and canopies; and cleaning solar panels at all four locations. Services include furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, tools, chemicals, transportation, safety devices, and any required water connection equipment. Work must comply with applicable permitting, water-discharge, environmental, and OSHA requirements, and must generally be performed between 10:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. The contract is structured as a three-year base term followed by two one-year option terms, with services performed on an as-needed basis and no guaranteed minimum service level. The contractor must have at least five years of relevant experience, including similar work performed within the last three years, and must be registered as a janitorial service provider or contractor with California's Labor Commissioner's Office at the time of quote submission. The response requires completion of the provided price form and required forms, including company information, references, certifications, insurance acknowledgment, subcontractor information, W-9, and the local business match affidavit.
