Description
The North Carolina Global TransPark is soliciting a contractor to provide comprehensive custodial services for the FRCE C130 MRO Complex. The scope includes labor, equipment, EPA Safer Choice-compliant cleaning products, restroom consumables, waste and recycling service, restroom and break-room cleaning, floor and carpet care, shower and locker-room cleaning, and periodic deep cleaning. Services will cover phased areas totaling approximately 33,747 square feet initially and 37,301 square feet after the additional phase begins. The contract period is November 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with two optional 12-month renewal terms. Recurring services include daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks, including professional interior and exterior window cleaning and deep extraction steam cleaning of carpeted areas. Proposals must include the provided bid packet, completed bid tabulation, an executive summary, service approach and schedule, equipment and storage information, sample reports, quality-assurance methodology, cost proposal, and comparable experience and references.
