Description
The City of Peoria is seeking a contractor to provide recurring parking lot and garage sweeping, detail cleaning, and manual sweeping services at specified municipal facilities. Services include truck-mounted mechanical, regenerative-air, or vacuum sweeping; blower cleaning; manual sweeping; cobweb removal; dust suppression; and additional as-needed sweeping. The contractor must supply labor, equipment, water, and supplies, comply with Maricopa County PM-10 requirements, respond to special-service requests within three working days, correct unsatisfactory service within 48 hours, and sweep missed locations at no cost. The contract term is two years, with mutually agreed extensions of up to 36 additional months. The proposal must address firm and staff capabilities, approach, pricing, similar project experience, references, and conformance to the RFP, and must include the City forms, reference questionnaire, exceptions questionnaire, and completed Bonfire bid table. Employees may be subject to City security background checks and access-badge requirements. Required insurance includes commercial general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation, and employer's liability coverage.
