Description
The Alabama Department of Public Health is soliciting a contractor to provide labor, materials, and equipment for pressure washing the exterior of the Shelby County Health Department building, sidewalks, curbs, patio, and signs. Service must be performed once per quarter during October, January, April, and July, with exact service dates determined later. The initial contract period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with options to renew for up to five years and a total contract cost of up to $25,000. Subcontracting is strictly prohibited; the work must be performed by the awarded vendor's owner or legal employees. A site visit is strongly encouraged and available by appointment.
