Description
The City of Branson is seeking a contractor to provide interior and exterior window-cleaning services at City Hall, the RecPlex, Pacific Street Tower, and Fire Station 1. The work includes cleaning windows and glass walls, removing dust from window ledges, performing recurring cleanings at specified frequencies, and submitting a Plan of Service for each location covering scheduling, equipment, chemical use, safety protocols, and public protection. Commercial ground-based equipment is preferred; rope descent systems are not acceptable. The contractor must follow applicable OSHA and IWCA safety practices, provide barricades and warning signage, maintain required insurance, and obtain City approval before subcontracting. The initial contract term is January 1 through December 31, 2027, with up to three additional successive one-year extensions at the City's option.
