Description
The Alabama Department of Public Health is requesting labor, materials, and equipment to pressure wash the Randolph County Health Department at 320 Main St., Roanoke, Alabama. The scope includes all sidewalks around the building; curbing in the front and rear parking lots; light-pole bases; the patio; entryways and entryway ceilings; building soffits; and the patio's brick surfaces. Service is required twice per year, with exact dates to be determined. The initial contract period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with renewal options for up to five years total and a total cost not to exceed $25,000. Subcontracting is strictly prohibited; the work must be performed by the awarded vendor's owner or legal employees. A site visit is strongly encouraged and available by appointment.
