Description
The U.S. Army is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contractor to clean food-service kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ducts, and rooftop exhaust fans, at designated dining facilities within USAG Yongsan-Casey. Services must be performed according to approved building schedules and applicable Army Regulation 420-1 and NFPA 96 requirements, using approved chemical and physical cleaning methods. The contractor must protect kitchen surfaces, restore disassembled components to operational condition, remove waste, and coordinate work with facility managers and the Fire Department. The requirement covers monthly, semiannual, and annual cleaning frequencies across facilities at Camp Casey, Camp Hovey, Bonifas, Swiss/Swede, Warrior Base, Rodriguez Range, Koryosan, and USAG Yongsan. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and disposal services. Proposals must include technical, past-performance, and price volumes; prime-contractor Korean business registrations and hygiene licenses/certificates; qualified project-manager and electrical-engineer resumes; relevant past-performance references; and pricing for the base period plus four option years in Korean won. The contract includes a phase-in period and five annual performance periods, with services scheduled between 06:00 and 22:00, Monday through Saturday, excluding Republic of Korea legal holidays.
