Description
Dane County is seeking a qualified architectural and engineering firm to design renovations at the Dane County Job Center and Dane County Human Services Northport Offices. The project includes an Aging and Disability Resource Center remodel, a Veterans Service Office remodel, and three reunification/visitation-space renovations, delivered through two separate construction bid packages. Services include schematic design for the Veterans Service Office, design development, construction documents, bidding support, and construction-phase administration. The selected A/E must coordinate architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, lighting, fire protection, telecommunications, audio/visual, security, accessibility, life-safety, and FF&E requirements; verify existing conditions; support occupied-facility renovations; prepare cost estimates and design reports; and provide site visits, submittal review, change-order assistance, punch lists, and record documents. The contract term is through project completion or a maximum of five years from agreement execution, whichever occurs first.
