Description
Conseil scolaire Viamonde is seeking a prequalified architectural services firm for renovations at Ecole Ronald-Marion. The project includes converting existing elementary change rooms into secondary-student washrooms and a universal accessible washroom; replacing cafeteria doors, frames, and hardware; replacing kindergarten-area fencing and gates; and renovating or reconfiguring three classrooms for secondary programming. The estimated construction budget is $850,000. The selected respondent must provide and coordinate architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services; investigate existing conditions; prepare design and construction documents, specifications, cost estimates, and permit applications; support tendering and bid evaluation; administer the construction contract; conduct site reviews and meetings; review shop drawings, change orders, payment certificates, and deficiencies; and complete substantial-performance, closeout, and warranty-phase services. The procurement is restricted to prequalified suppliers from the identified qualification process, and pricing must be submitted as an all-inclusive percentage of the final construction cost.
