Description
The Albany County Land Bank Corporation is establishing a qualified roster of architectural firms or individuals to provide services on an as-needed basis through task orders. The scope covers two tracks: building rehabilitation, including substantial rehabilitation, renovation, and adaptive reuse of existing residential and mixed-use buildings; and new construction of single-family and two-family residential buildings on vacant lots. Potential services range from existing-conditions investigations, programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, permitting, bidding support, construction administration, and project closeout through final punch list and certificate of occupancy. Deliverables may include site plans, architectural and engineering drawings, schedules, specifications, cost estimates, permit applications, construction administration, and coordination with specialty consultants. The qualified roster may support a master services agreement with an initial two-year term and up to three additional one-year renewal terms; individual task orders will establish the specific scope, fee, and schedule, and no minimum volume of work is guaranteed. Respondents must identify their qualified track(s), provide relevant qualifications and projects, references, licensing information, fee schedules, insurance evidence or an affirmation of insurability, and required certifications and forms.
